Assessment call
Schedule a free assessment call to discuss agency needs and vision. A proposal will be sent concluding the call identifying agency needs.
Booking
services
Agency representatives decide which GLC services best fit company objectives. A retainer & contract due at time of booking.
Begin
training
In-depth consultation call and 6-month follow-up call; staff assessment pre and post surveys; unlimited access to staff development video series for onboarding, mentoring, reflective supervision and team connectedness development.
Additional
support
In-person options: consultation visit with select agency leaders for train the trainer meetings; in-person or live webinar supervisor staff development series according to needs of agency (1-5 sessions over several weeks or a two-day retreat format).
